This V1 privacy notice describes the data architecture of AXION PLAY. Deployment owners should complete a jurisdiction-specific legal review before public prize campaigns.

Guest play

Guest nicknames, preferences and local scores may be stored on your device. You can play without creating an account. Device-local data is not treated as authoritative for global leaderboards.

Registered profiles

If you sign in, AXION PLAY receives a stable account identifier and email from the authentication provider. Public profiles show only a handle, avatar, level and public gameplay statistics.

Gameplay and verification

We record game starts, completion times, scores, ruleset versions and limited gameplay metrics to verify results, prevent abuse and operate leaderboards. Scores can be valid, pending, suspicious or rejected.

Analytics

Privacy-conscious event data may include the page or game, device class, duration, score and referrer origin. We avoid full referrer query strings, free-form text, authentication tokens and raw IP retention in analytics.

Your choices

Sound, music and guest data remain under your browser controls. Registered players can request profile privacy or deletion through the platform operator.

Campaigns

Branded campaigns may need additional terms, eligibility data or consent. Those details must be disclosed on the campaign’s dedicated page.
